The original goal for the Class of 1967 Fund was to raise $25,000 to create an endowed fund dedicated to providing scholarships for RIC students. The fund’s current value is $16,311. Given the gap between what has been raised and our original goal, alternative uses for the fund have been discussed. Recognizing the current overwhelming needs of RIC students during this difficult time of COVID-19 and the Class of 1967’s ongoing commitment to the college, we believe providing financial resources for the college and its students is more important than ever. The Emergency Response Fund coincides with our original intention to help up-and-coming students prepare for their own rewarding careers.
